Mass Mailing
This year is my first time doing the mass mailing. It was going good, until i hit a few bumps in the road. But I think i have gotten it taken care of finally. First I didnt have all of the addresses on one list yet.... finally got that fixed. Then i needed to mail them.... then i realized that i screwed up on the letter, i had the due dates conflicting on some pages. SO then i had to make stickers on the letters that say there is a mistake.... then tell them to check our website to get the information on the correction..... I hope this all works out OK.
I also want to have the entertainment building changed to vendor space, and have the entertainers outside on the tennis court. Also i want to move vendors into the yard infront of the TWP building, and the upper parking area, around the horse ring, and behind the Hot sausage stand.
